We started Fume after years of running our own investment fund and fighting with slow, paper-heavy administrators. We think capital markets should run on transparent, programmable rails with stablecoins, and we are building that from Switzerland.
Who We Are
The team has structured and run funds, written production smart contracts, and dealt with blockchain regulation in Switzerland, Dubai, and the UK. We draft prospectuses, model smart contract logic, and advise on digital asset regulation. It is all firsthand.
What We Believe
Finance works better when trust lives in code instead of middlemen. Stablecoins are a faster, safer payment backbone than bank wires, and their programmability opens up new ways to manage funds and settle investors. We think this transition is inevitable. We want to help the industry get there responsibly.
